Saudi Pak Industrial and Agricultural Investment Company Limited (SAPICO) is a development financial institution, jointly sponsored by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. SAPICO has over 40 years history of successfully promoting investments in industrial and agriculture-based projects in Pakistan.

Saudi Pak Industrial and Agricultural Investment Company Limited was incorporated in 1981 under a joint venture agreement between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The initial authorized capital of the Company was Rs.10,000 million. As of December 31, 2023, paid up capital of the Company is Rs. 6,765 million.
