Mr. Ali Imran is a seasoned IT Professional having more than 24 years of diversified experience and held key positions in various national and international organizations. He has wide-ranging exposure in the areas of Technology Governance & Security, IT Infrastructure, Systems Development and Implementation, Project Management and building high quality teams. He joined Saudi Pak in 2007 and has been instrumental in successful digital transformation.
He holds Masters Degree in Computer Science from Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad and done internationally recognized certifications i.e. ISO27001 ISMS as Senior Lead Implementer (PECB, Canada) and COBIT – Governance. He has also completed MBA with specialization in BCP & IT Disaster Recovery for managing IT Operational Risks in Banks along with numerous International and domestic professional trainings/certifications  from Canada, Egypt, Pakistan and Singapore during his professional career.

Mr. Ali Aosjah Muhammad, joined Saudi Pak in 2016 and was elevated to Head Internal Audit Division in 2021. He has an experience of over 13 years in the field of audit and finance. He is a Fellow member of the Association of the Chartered Certified Accountants and has done Bsc. (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.

Mr. Adnan Adil Hussain is a seasoned professional with over 31 years of expertise in the legal and financial services sector, driving business solutions, operational efficiency, and compliance standards. He has held key roles in public, private, and foreign banking sectors, including Head of Legal at EXIM Bank of Pakistan and EVP at NBP. Adnan’s extensive experience encompasses more than two decades of operational excellence, legal management, risk mitigation, and organizational leadership wherein he has supervised multiple regions, led various divisions. As a practicing lawyer/ Consultant he has provided litigation and consultancy services for about a decade. Adnan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s in Business Administration, and he’s renowned for his training contributions to banking and law institutions.
